Preliminary Meeting

Participation in the preliminary meeting is optional. Please consider attending if necessary.
※If this is your first time using our facility, we recommend holding a preliminary meeting.

【Preliminary Meeting Agenda】
下記の４タイプです。

タイプ	所要時間（目安）	内容
相談・見学	1.5時間程度	職員が立ち会い、活動プログラムや施設の使用方法についての説明、活動に関する打ち合わせを行います。また、職員が施設内をご案内します。
オンライン相談	１～１.５時間程度	職員がオンラインにて、活動プログラムや施設の使用方法についての説明、活動に関する打ち合わせを行います。Microsoftのteamsを使用します（ブラウザで使用できるため、Microsoftアカウント等は必要ありません）。
相談・見学・体験 （有料；1,000円）	1.5時間～最大２時間	職員が立ち会い、活動プログラムや施設の使用方法についての説明、活動に関する打ち合わせを行います。また、職員が施設内をご案内します。さらに、火付け・薪組み（キャンプファイヤー）・だるまの絵付けの体験を行うことができます
見学のみ	任意	団体の皆様で施設内を見学していただきます。職員は立ち会いません。

 

【Dates and times available for implementation】
(1) Available dates
①「相談及び見学」「オンライン相談」「相談・見学・体験」
In principle, activities are only available on weekdays. However, since staff must be present, the activity may not be possible depending on facility availability.
② Facility tour only (optional)
The activity can be conducted on any day of the week.
【①②General Notes】
※　Activities cannot be conducted during the year-end and New Year holidays (December 28 – January 4) or on facility closure days.
※　Pre-visit meetings involving overnight stays are not accepted.

(2) Available time slots
「相談及び見学」「オンライン相談」「相談・見学・体験」：①10：30～②14：30～の２つの時間帯からお選びいただきます。
For 'Observation only', the tour should be conducted anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (the final tour must start by 3:30 p.m.).

【Deadline for Applications】
The deadline is 8 days before the scheduled meeting date.
