Preliminary Meeting
Participation in the preliminary meeting is optional. Please consider attending if necessary.
※If this is your first time using our facility, we recommend holding a preliminary meeting.
【Preliminary Meeting Agenda】
The following four types are available:

| Consultation & Visit | About 1.5 hours | A staff member will be present to explain the activity program and how to use the facilities, and to discuss the activities. The staff member will also give you a tour of the facility. |
| Online Consultation | About 1 - 1.5 hours | A staff member will meet with you online to explain the activity program and how to use the facilities, and to discuss the activities. We use Microsoft Teams (it can be accessed via a web browser, so a Microsoft account is not required). |
| Consultation, Tour, and Trial 1,000yen |
About 1.5 - 2 hours | A staff member will be present to explain the activity program and how to use the facilities, and to discuss the activities. They will also guide you around the facility. In addition, you can take part in hands-on experiences such as fire-starting, firewood setup for a campfire, and painting a daruma doll. |
| Tour Only | Optional | Your group will be able to tour the facility. A staff member will not be present. |
【Dates and times available for implementation】
(1) Available dates
①Consultation, Tour, and Trial
In principle, activities are only available on weekdays. However, since staff must be present, the activity may not be possible depending on facility availability.
② Facility tour only (optional)
The activity can be conducted on any day of the week.
【①②General Notes】
※ Activities cannot be conducted during the year-end and New Year holidays (December 28 – January 4) or on facility closure days.
※ Pre-visit meetings involving overnight stays are not accepted.
(2) Available time slots
“Consultation and Tour,” “Online Consultation,” and “Consultation, Tour, and Trial” are available. You may choose one of the following two time slots: ① 10:30 a.m. or ② 2:30 p.m.
For 'Observation only', the tour should be conducted anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (the final tour must start by 3:30 p.m.).
【Deadline for Applications】
The deadline is 8 days before the scheduled meeting date.
